My beloved laptop suddenly died on me. With years of work in it I had to get it back. "No I did not back it up" A huge thankyou to Alan who not only got my work back but backed it up on a DVD for me. My laptop is also working again, though I think its time to renew it for a new one. A massive thankyou again Alan for performing a miracle. You are a saint !!!

Sold 2 faulty monitors. Misold the wife a printer and refused a refund. Was very aggressive on the phone with her and very unhelpful to get the issue resolved. Obviously realised he was in the wrong as offered her half price original cartridges... but no refund. Support local businesses...NOT THIS ONE!! This is a zero star review.
